This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone for both companies and the business aviation industry as a whole.
Under the terms of the agreement, Avinode Group will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of CAMP Systems, retaining its brand identity and commitment to innovation while benefiting from CAMP’s extensive resources and expertise in aircraft maintenance management.

The acquisition of Avinode Group by CAMP Systems is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
