West Star Aviation has launched a new Live AOG Technician Map, giving business aviation operators greater visibility into its nationwide Aircraft On Ground support network and the technical expertise available to assist when aircraft are unexpectedly grounded.
The interactive map displays current technician locations across the United States and allows users to click on individual points for additional information, including each technician’s call sign, technical skill set, and assigned region. This feature offers operators a real-time view of West Star Aviation’s Aircraft On Ground network and reinforces the depth of resources available to support customers when time is critical.
With more than 250 AOG-ready technicians positioned nationwide, West Star Aviation provides 24/7/365 mobile maintenance support for operators requiring service away from their home base. The new tool makes it easier for operators to understand the scale of West Star’s mobile support organization and the breadth of expertise available across the country.
The launch of the Live AOG Technician Map further reflects West Star Aviation’s continued investment in its AOG capabilities. Supporting the AOG network is a dedicated control center staffed by 12 controllers, providing around-the-clock coordination and dispatch support to help ensure rapid response when customers need immediatemaintenance assistance.
As AOG activity continues to grow, West Star has expanded its technician staffing and strengthened the resources available to support grounded aircraft. That additional depth enhances the company’s ability to respond quickly and efficiently while giving customers greater confidence that expert support is available when and where it is needed.
