PRESS RELEASE
As the FIFA World Cup 2026 nears, International Corporate & Cargo Services (ICCS) is set to serve as the preferred FBO network and Ground Handler in Mexico’s host cities: Mexico City, Monterrey, and Guadalajara.
With over 30 years of experience, ICCS consolidates as Mexico’s largest and most trusted provider of aviation support for private, commercial, and cargo aircraft.
Construction of ICCS’s new state-of-the-art FBO at Toluca International Airport (MMTO) will be completed before the tournament. Alongside its existing and partner facilities at MMTO, ICCS will offer the most ramp space and parking availability in Mexico – critical during peak tournament traffic.
The new Toluca (MMTO) FBO will feature:
- ICCS Gourmet, Mexico’s largest aviation in-flight catering service
- On-site Mexican authorities’ facilities
- Luxury lounges and crew spaces
- Expanded ramp and handling areas
“Based on 2022 World Cup traffic in Qatar, we estimate over 1,500 aircraft operations in Mexico,” said Miguel Ballesteros, COO of ICCS. Additionally, to meet clients’ demand, Ubaire – ICCS’s charter division – will offer flights and services between Mexico, the U.S., and Canada.
In anticipation of the increased traffic into Monterrey (MMMY), Saltillo (MMIO) will serve as the preferred alternate airport with ICCS managing full operations and VVIP services at its facilities in both locations.
“Our team is built for world-class events,” said ICCS CEO Nelson Dumas. “With premier facilities in Toluca, Monterrey, and Saltillo, and elite handling teams in Guadalajara and across the country, ICCS is ready for the world’s largest sporting event.”
With unmatched infrastructure and experience, ICCS is fully prepared to lead aviation support services during FIFA World Cup 2026.
