PRESS RELEASE

Tecnam is proud to announce that European Flyers has taken delivery of its very first Tecnam P2010 TDI. This landmark delivery kicks off an ambitious and progressive twelve aircraft fleet renewal program for Spain’s leading pilot training organization.

FlyersThe integration of the Tecnam P2010 TDI will fundamentally strengthen European Flyers’ training capabilities by giving students direct access to modern technology that closely reflects the cockpit environment they will encounter in their professional airline careers.

The aircraft features a spacious four-seat configuration, an integrated autopilot, and the state-of-the-art Garmin G1000 NXi glass cockpit.

Furthermore, the P2010 TDI will vastly improve the academy’s operational efficiency. Powered by the advanced Continental CD-170 engine utilizing JET A1 fuel, the aircraft directly supports European Flyers’ sustainability objectives through significantly lower fuel consumption and reduced carbon emissions.

To guarantee the seamless integration of this new fleet, the partnership with Tecnam also includes specialized technical training for European Flyers’ maintenance teams, ensuring the long-term reliability, safety, and efficient operation of the 12 incoming aircraft.

“This acquisition reflects our commitment to the continuous improvement of training quality and to strengthening European Flyers as a benchmark in pilot training,” stated Luis Miñano, Director General of European Flyers.

The delivery was expertly facilitated by Tecnam’s local network, reflecting the manufacturer’s deep commitment to supporting Spanish flight schools.

“We are incredibly proud to support European Flyers in this ambitious fleet renewal program,” said Alvaro La Petra, Authorized Tecnam Dealer in Spain. “Delivering the P2010 TDI to such a prestigious and historic academy underscores the unmatched value, safety, and efficiency that Tecnam aircraft bring to the Spanish flight training market. We look forward to working closely with their team as the remaining aircraft join the fleet.”

Walter da Costa, Chief Sales Officer at Tecnam, concluded: “Spain is one of the most vibrant and important regions for Tecnam in Europe, and our footprint here has never been stronger. European Flyers is an absolute leader in aviation education.

Their decision to renew their fleet with 12 Tecnam P2010 TDI aircraft is a testament to the reliability, innovation, and sustainability our platforms deliver to top-tier academies globally. We are honored to be their partner for the future.”
